Following a trip to Australia in 2011 she returned to veterinary practice as a practice manager and successfully owned and managed a small animal practice in the south west. Missing the hands-on contact she decided to undergo further training in Hydrotherapy and Rehabilitation and completed a Certificate and Advanced Diploma in Hydrotherapy at Hawksmoor Hydrotherapy Centre.
Following this she set up and ran a very successful hydrotherapy centre in the UK alongside an existing veterinary practice. However, the draw of life on the other side of the world was too strong and in 2017 she emigrated permanently to Australia with her husband and young son, settling in the Blue Mountains. Jennie has always been dedicated to the veterinary field and the care of animals and is extremely passionate about the benefits offered by hydrotherapy and hands-on rehabilitation. Aiding a patient's recovery and adding years to an animals life is a truly wonderful gift that she loves sharing. |
